Trigger from Microsoft Teams

We have a situation where a trigger from Teams would be useful.  We'd like to be able to prompt and email when a reponse is made to a post in a specific channel/team.  This would allow us to specify to whom the email should go, which may not be the original poster.

Thanks for your feedback, the "When a response is made to a post" trigger is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently.
