Re: Get program questions answered

Hi I believe there might be something wrong with my login screen as well because I do not see any modules for the program in my hub. Is this going to be released later on or when will we have access to it? Please let me know if something needs to be done on my end or if its released throughout the program because I do wish to participate fully in this program!

Hello Michael89S,

Once you login you will have "Learning Plan" - depending on the browser you are using and settings you might be asked to login, please use your Hub credentials to login, after successful login you can see content which is pre-loaded and published.
Please log out from your current browser and re-login, if you still need any assistance, please contact the support team and share details along with screenshot.

Thank you.

Thank you SakChalla. I did try logging in via both browsers but I am getting the same result which is this:

I am using my Hub credentials and not my other credentials. I will reach out to support team. If you have any other suggestions I highly appreciate it.

Thanks.

Also you can try to create Profiles in Edge (other browsers have it too) - blog article

Hello Everyone! I'm not sure if anyone else has been having problems in the April power up cohort program but I haven't been able to access any of the learning module videos in the program. I do have access to high speed internet at work and have tried various programs but it won't load at all just displays a symbol for buffering. Because this program is ending soon I will try to sign up for the next cohort. I am disappointed over this but hopefully next go around will go smoother.

Hi @Michael895,

I can help you with the issue - can you please email the support team about the same. And please tag me or reply on my post so that i'll not miss your responses.
