Retrieve Variables from E-Mail Body (without AI Builder)

How can I extract the variables from an E-Mail body to create a new share point entry.
In the E-Mail body each row contains one variable with the column name infront of it.
It looks like this:
Colum Name 1:  Variable 1 
Column Name 2: Variable 2

Column Name 3: Variable 3

...

At the moment I am using Compose to seperate the rows: 

split(outputs('HTML_to_Text')?['body'],decodeUriComponent('%0A'))

and Array Filter to retrieve the variables:

This way the output will look like this: ["Colum Name 1:  Variable 1 "]
But I only need the Variable without Column Name nor brackets nor quotation marks.
Looking forward to your suggestions!

Hi @Power_Person 

You could use expression to get the value of email address.

Expression needs to be entered in the expression box as highlighted in the above screenshot:

trim(last(split(first(body('Array_filter')),':')))

The output of compose action will give you the required value.

Hey Manish,
I built the Flow like you recommended and 99% is working great. I only struggle with one issue though.
When the text I am trying to filter is too long it is cut off at the end:

This is the text I receive from the email:

Than I try to process everything into an array but new lines are put in new array fields:

So when I get the text it is not complete:

This is the part where its not working out for multiline text:
- here I am deleting spaces in the text

- Here I am splitting the text by line.

How could I change it to get the full text for this field?
