Barcode Reader issues

I am trying to use a barcode reader in a power app to display data either in a form or a gallery.  I have a label that tells me which item it scanned so I know it is working, but nothing is showing up matching the record in the SharePoint list that the barcode is associated with.  Also I am trying to get it that when the app opens and they navigate to the screen where the reader is at it automatically scans thats not working either.

I am stuck!

Here is code I am trying to use

Barcode Reader

Set(barcodeValue, First(BarcodeReader1.Barcodes).Value);
If(!IsBlank(barcodeValue),
    Set(lookupResult, LookUp('Auto Transformer', AssetID = barcodeValue));
    Set(globalLookupResult, lookupResult)
)

Form Item

If(IsBlank(globalLookupResult), First(Filter('Auto Transformer', false)), globalLookupResult)

I have a time on the page to see if it will work as well this is on the the 

OnTimeEnd

Set(barcodeValue, First(BarcodeReader1.Barcodes).Value);

and this is on the app start

Set(globalLookupResult, Blank());

Any guidance would so be appreciated.

Different information about asset types, only like the top 5 fields are the same.  

But the On Visible solution did work that @WarrenBelz  suggested
