My App users are getting the following error while accessing the App and opening a form to submit data in SharePoint list. They have access to the database via a Member Group but still they are getting this error. This is happening since our HQ has tweaked some access-related policies on the Top parent level that inherited all child objects. Then I again removed the inherited access to that SP List and gave Edit access to that member group. Now they can access the Database directly but getting the following from the PowerApp. And interestingly if I make any user a direct member of that SP Site where my database exists, they don't get the error. But as far as I know, I don't need to make them a member of that SP site to give access to that Database as I'm giving direct access to that List from List permission menu.

Here is what I want you to do and it will give us the details you need. Just follow them and share back what it says.
To find out what permission(s) are missing.
1. Close the App (dont close the environment, just stop playing it)
2. Click on the Stethoscope
3. Go to the bottom and Launch the Monitor
4. Once it is launched, in the new tab, I want you to click on, Options, Source Filter and change it to Detailed
5. Go back to your App and run it.
6. As soon as you see the error (please have someone do this that gets the error). OR you can have them run the monitor and then you can get invited to see it remotely (the output of Monitor)
7. Anyhoo. Once the error happens, close the app again (stop playing)
8. Go to Monitor and in the Filter at the top right type Error and you might have to secondarily do Network Error
Now, once the list filters you are looking for this error specifically (find both).
Once you do you want to look at the Response Tab
In there you will find the reason (security reason) they cannot see it, or something super close. The popup error never gives the actual reason, just some generic stuff.
Do this and if you need to paste it back here or email me it so its private and I will take a look with you. Again don't give up if you dont see it right away. keep looking at the Monitor output errors and you will find it.

Great job collecting. However you needed to expand the details in the response, if you look they are closed, so the response doesn't (yet) tell us anything. Expand the headers and body and share that please.
But yes Forbidden means they have no access.
