Retrieve records from SharePoint in Parent/Child Gallery

I have a Parent/Child gallery that works great when the new record is submitted.  I have this code on the button that adds it to the Parent Gallery

the parent gallery has this on the items

and the child has this

Works great when creating a new record, now I have a request when a Correction is Required to show all of the information from the record that was submitted, which I have working for everything on the screen but the nested galleries.

i need to understand how to bring back in the records that match the ID that is being passed that matches the MasterID in the list but still maintain the ability to add more records.

You'll need to first setup a way to differentiate between a new record and a load record scenario so you can handle both different. If the thing on the left is a form you can utilize form mode. So On page visible assuming you are coming into the page with a selected record for the form on the left. You would need to Collect the data into the same collection name. So you would have a

If(LeftFormName.FormMode <> FormMode.New, 

//True then Collect the values from the SP List they are stored. 

  Collect(colParentGalleryData, Filter(SPList, CRNumber = Gallerytoloadthisscren.Selected.CRNumber))

You might have to tweak the collect to Pull just those columns, but I think it'll just work with a pull from the list since it has same column names. If not you'll have to work with collect to map the data from the filter. 

Then you'll need to make sure all your defaults are set to utilize the collection record values (this might already be in place I don't recall). You might have to do control resets / gallery reset on page visible. 

If you need to make / save edits then you'll have to add IF's using the same FormMode method above to use Update/UpdateIf instead of Patch when the FormMode isn't New, and update the values from the collection. If you still using the JSR collection you'll have to also do the same onvisable to it as well so it has the values in it to work with as well. That 2nd collection wasn't exactly required and you could have used the one, but it is what it is now. Point is, Check Form Mode, if not New, populate collections with SP data. Then on the Save button, you do Update logic instead of Patch to pass those updates that happen to the collections. 

Anyway hope this makes sense, but that's the ballpark.
