My screen does not have the option to change it to 2 columns once I get to this step. I have looked around and tried clicking on various things to get this option to load but am not seeing this as an option. Has anyone else run into this?
Edited to add that this has been resolved.
Hi @meganlanahan ,
Can you please share a screenshot of the screen where you expect to see this option?
Hi I am having the same issue. Has this been resolved?
Hi @meganlanahan
I think the issue is with the selection on the form, please click on the form and check the right side of the screen you will be able to find the option. It is the selection problem find the open space area on your form and than click might be able to pop up the option on right side of the screen.
1) I tried by doing it same this is the current version of my screen.
2) Now I have updated with the 2 column, just click on the spacing area you will be able to find the option.
Please let me know if you are still facing issue with the formatting, just click on the spacing area the border will get bit darker to make you feel its selected and the formatting column button will provide option to select as two column.
