Hi @Esraa_k

Try this before importing the file -

1) Create record on the Service Area as Building Work and save it.

2) Now change the date format settings from > Personalization setting - Click on cog wheel than select Personalization setting, go to the tab name formats and change to English (United States).

Hi @Esraa_k ,

As suggested in this topic (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-model-driven-apps-with/Problem-with-Excel-upload/m-p/27...), try changing the file type to .csv

Hi @Esraa_k

Firstly, try downloading the import template for Maintenance logs table.

Once downloaded, fill in the data in the template and then try to upload.

Kia ora @Pavan_Mani_Deep,

Downloading import templates is not something that is covered in the Power Up Program and is not a requirement for this scenario. The import file is provided as part of the course materials.

This post could be confusing for other learners.
