Power Apps- Tables key disabled (Error Message: One or more commands are unavailable due to your current privileges for this environment).

While attempting to create a table, I discovered my tables button is disabled and I received the following error message: One or more commands are unavailable due to your current privileges for this environment. How do I fix this?

Hi  @KayCouncil ,

Please look at the top menu bar and make sure you in your developer environment and not the "Default" environment.  The developer environment should proabably be named as your name or something like that.
