Issue with "Warning Missing Process capacity" in power autuomate

Hi,
I have hosted RPA license linked to my environment, however,  I am getting this error message 
"Warning Missing Process capacity This unattended run was performed without unattended capability on the environment."    whenever I open my flow in "Desktop flow runs".

The explanation is a simple one. You don't have the enough licenses to run the desktop flows in unattended mode. Most probably, if the desktop flow is called and executed, you are in a trial period of the Power Automate Premium license (but the warning still remain).  

Even if you have a Power Automate Premium license there is a limit of one power automate desktop flow per license launched in unattended mode  (actually called bot in Microsoft doc). 

I noticed that obsolete Power Automate per User plan  license (with the same capabilities as the actual Power Automate Premium license ) is not recognized anymore, in some circumstances, as a proper license to play desktop flows in unattended mode, quite strange !!!!   

So, in a short way, if you have a Power Automate Premium license you can plan to run only one desktop flow in unattended mode.

@gabibalaban Thank you for your response. I have 1 power automate premium license and I only run 1 desktop flow at a time in one Hosted RPA.  
Lets say I have 2 desktop flows A and B.
After A is completed B runs on the hosted RPA (This was working since months but suddenly now this warning is poping up. This happened after billing I guess)

We are experiencing the same issue. Since a few days ago this warning started to show up. Licenses are all correctly assigned (environments and users). Any idea?

It seems to be a little bit worst than I supposed. Here is an extract from PowerPlatform Licensing Guide February 2024.

But I think that it works with:

The main difference is that in recommended way Microsoft provides a host-machine for the bot. 

 

Although, I still use a desktop flow in unattended mode having from my knowledge only PowerAutomate Premium license, but may be this is possible because the regulation aren't roll out in my part of world.

I have base license (Power automate premium) and the Hosted RPA license. This occurred recently, it was working well for so many months. I have reached out to support too

Hi @Vedant111 , We are so sorry for this inconvenience. It was a bug and the PG team have identified the issue and fixed it.

 

Please double check your flow. If the issue persists with your flow, you may try to re-add the actions.

@John_Dang what do you mean by add the actions again? I need to create a new scheduled cloud flow on power automate portal to run the desktop flow unattended?

@John_Dang No message in my indox yet. Also few hours back got another issue where all the deskflow flows showed failed (ss) attached. Even the once that were successful are showing now failed.
