Videos not loading in the learning modules

When I'm in the learning plan and trying to sign in to view the videos, they will not load. I have tried refreshing, logging out and back in, etc. This happens every time I login to do training. Eventually it works, but sometimes it takes 3 or 4 hours. I schedule training and I need these to work when I'm ready.  I recorded this video, to show you what is happening. Any advice?
