Xrm.Navigation.navigateTo IF field value is true

I currently have a model-driven app that uses Xrm.Navigation.navigateTo to display a popup with a canvas app that has an external form iframe when a yes/no field changes. I'd love for it to ONLY popup when the field is changed to "yes", so it doesn't come up a second time if people accidentally select "yes" and change back to "no"

I've tried several variations of the code below, but keep getting script errors. I don't have any coding training, and this is just Frankensteined from two other working codes I have.

Would appreciate any guidance!

@smiller0789 What's the logical/schema name of the Yes/No field you're referring to? From looking at your code, I'm guessing it is "cree4_newbillingclientlocation"? Can you confirm the data type of this field? This determines how to work with this field in JavaScript

you need to give some more details, are you trying to read the value from an iframe?? what's the iframe hosting? and are you trying to read iframe value using XRM SDK??

The iFrame in the canvas app is hosting a Microsoft Form webpage. No information needs to be communicated between the two. I just only want the canvas app to appear when the field changes to Yes and not come up again if it gets changed back to No

Yes, that is the logical name. It's a yes/no field (and the coding I currently have for the "IF" is definitely from a choice field)
