Create SharePoint list from Power BI table

Hi Folks

This is my first topic. Apologies for taking your time.

I need to create SharePoint list from Power BI data with the following considerations:

1- Not all the data need to be created in MS List, only the rows that user define need to be created. 

I assume to achieve this step, power app required. Creating a form to get the IDs and submit the form.

2- Avoid item duplications and enable item updates for existing items.

3- The SharePoint list has been create with the same columns as Power BI table.

So basically is it possible to use the following apps? Could you please explain how to achieve this scenario?

Power BI > Power App -> Power Automate > SharePoint List

Power BI is not a proper data store. It can store copies of your data, yes, but it should never be considered the authoritative source of that data. Whatever source system your PowerBI is getting that data from is what you want to integrate with SharePoint. Figure that out first.

This sounds like you want the Power Automate visual in Power BI, it will let your user select the rows they want to run the flow on. That is used for the flow trigger, then, set up from inside Power BI, and for your flow... this is kind of stream of consciousness here because this isn't something that comes up often and I've not actually tried it:

1. Have the flow run a "for each", where for each of the record IDs of the items they selected, it checks to see if that item exists in the list. You would use a "get items" action here and put the filter in the query on the item ID for the item it's currently on in the loop (so it "tries" to get that item record ID from the SP list). We use "get items" instead of "get item" because "get item" requires you to know the SharePoint item ID, which I'm assuming is not in your dataset (if it is, you can use the other action)
   
2. Add a parallel branch below that

Add some kind of filler action to one branch, it can be anything that will always succedeed - and for this one go into the settings and configure the "run after" to run after the prior step fails or is skipped (which will happen if the item it's looking for doesn't exist). After this action, add a "create item" (SharePoint) action to create a list item with the attributes from the PBI integration (they should be in there from the PA visual trigger)
4. To the other side of the parallel branch, which will run by default if the "get item" succeeds, add an "update item" (SharePoint) action to update the item using the SharePoint list item ID from the "get item" step 

Since this is only creating a new item if it doesn't find the item in the list already, it shouldn't create duplicates. It might get a little funky and try to add another loop in there on the success branch because it's assuming it'll return multiple items, but you can just let it do that.
