hello @ nitishsh91 and @iambello,
I have been able to resolve this issue by using microsoft edge browser instead of chrome. When I signed into my hub using edge browser the learning plan video opened without requesting me to sign it. thanks

Hi Nitishsh91,
Sign in with the same details provided you for this Powerup program, and you will be able to view the content.
You should should be signing in with the username that has @learnwithpowerups.onmicrosoft.com.
this is the same thing that I'm experiencing sporadically. No one has helped 😞
Hello @iambello
Few of the C13 users may be asked to sign in for first time when they try to play the videos based on the browser they are using. If they are not able to sign in, they should check the cookie settings to allow third party cookies and try again.
You can also try using a Edge browser/InPrivate/Profiles - if this doesn't help please share a screenshot. I'll be happy to assist.
