Re: Get program questions answered

Hi, I have a doubt:
In the program they have provided us with an email account which is the one we use to log in. The account is of type user@learnwithpowerup.onmicrosoft.com.
My question is if we can link to this course or take it with our personal account. In my case, I have previously taken some courses in the Microsoft learning portal and I would like the entire learning process to be in the same account.
Thank you

Hi @Javiavan - Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, you will need to sign in using the information provided to you to access the Power Up Program learning plan. However, when doing any additional hands-on exercises through Learn, you can always use your existing Microsoft account to track progress.

Hi Javiavan,

MS Learn and PowerUp learning plan have two id's to access and both can't be clubbed on one platform.

Thanks.
